What is your return policy for customized equipment?
Standard items can be returned within 30 days of purchase; however, custom-built equipment such as personalized sticks or custom skates are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Does BAUER offer a warranty on hockey sticks?
Yes, we offer a one-time replacement warranty on composite sticks for breakage due to manufacturing defects within 30 days from the date of purchase.
How long does shipping take for standard orders?
In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping generally arrives within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
